Shipping Information
All of our products are made available with exact real-time shipping costs for the customer, based on their specific location. This allows us to offer the best prices available by billing the purchase price and the shipping costs separately specifically based upon the customer's zip code. The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow 24-48hrs for processing and production of your order. After processing, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days to your designated shipping location.
There are very few select items that require special shipping and packaging. The delivery of each product requiring special shipping will be arranged between our company and the consumer to meet and comply with any specific needs for both parties.
If our products are marked Special Freight Shipping, please contact us via email to receive a freight quote. Please allow 24hrs for a representative to reply with a freight quote. At the time that you receive of your quote you may choose to continue with your order or cancel your order. Frieght quotes vary depending on the desired delivery specifications. For example, a dock to dock delivery versus a multi level delivery affects the amount of your quote.
We are not liable for freight costs due to return shipments. We reserve the right to bill the consumer for any error in the delivery information, resulting in additional costs for delivery
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Territories, the U.S. Islands, Canada, or Mexico.
Shipping charges on bulk orders over 150lbs will be billed separately from the product order.
3 Year Warranty
We are very proud to have our products backed with a 3 yr warranty. For the specific parts of your product covered under warranty, please review the material received with your shipment.
All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal commerical usage defined as a standard forty hour work week by persons weighing 250lbs. or less. The same conditions with individuals weighing 400lbs or less apply to items purchased from our Big and Tall Section indicating the performance feature for individuals that meet that criterion.
Leather is not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as leather is subject to minor blemishes in use.
This warranty does not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of ProfessionalChairs.com.

You will need to provide your model number and the description of the problem including any specific part that may need to be replaced.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested within 24-36 hrs of the purchase being made. If your cancellation is requested after the order has been processed and the product has been shipped, the consumer will receive a complete refund minus any outbound and/or inbound shipping charges.
We do carry products that are marked as “Free Shipping” to the consumer. The shipping costs are included in the price for the items marked “Free Shipping”. The outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, if the cancellation is processed after the purchased product has been shipped. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return policies vary between different manufacturers. In some cases a fee may apply to cover the costs of restocking an item.
Returns Policy
Please note that we have a 30 day return policy. If you have received your product and for any reason you are dissatisfied, the product is not what you expected, and/or you have changed your mind, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be authorized in writing prior to return. Upon deciding to return your item, please contact our customer service department via email. In your email please include your name, a contact number, your order number, your reason for returning the product, and the model # of the product. We do not accept return packages at our home office. After your request has been processed and approved we will provide you with a return address, RA# (Return Authorization#), and any other pertinent information.
Products that have been assembled or modified are not subject to be returned. All returned items must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. You will receive a complete refund minus any outbound and/or inbound shipping costs.
We do carry products that are marked as “Free Shipping” to the consumer. The shipping costs are included in the price for the items marked “Free Shipping”. The outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return policies vary between different manufacturers. In some cases a restocking fee of up to thirty percent may apply to cover the costs associated with labor, restocking, repackaging, and relabeling of returned items. Please be aware that we will do everything in our power to make your return process as simple as possible.
Damaged Products
All products are shipped RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) unless otherwise noted. If a shipment is received damaged, please indicate so at the time of the delivery. Thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery, prior to the carrier’s departure. If damage is discovered at the time of delivery, write “Damaged Goods” on the freight bill or refuse to accept the package entirely. With either decision, please notify our customer service department within 24hrs.
If an item has been delivered at your front door without you having the ability to inspect for damage and you find damage, please notify the carrier and our customer service department within 24 hrs.
If you have removed the item from its packaging and discovered there are missing or damaged parts, please report this to the carrier and our customer service department within 24 hrs.
We thoroughly pack our products to withstand incurring damage during shipping. If it is discovered that the damages were incurred during shipping we will then seek to submit a Frieght Claim with the carrier. If the damages occurred due to our error, we will supply you with replacement parts at no additional costs. If it has been confirmed that the damage cannot be repaired through replacement parts we will replace your item at no additional costs, using the proper procedures stated above.
